Return Policy – FILANTO

Our return policy is as follows:

Products purchased within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
Return periods for international orders may vary depending on shipping and customs regulations.

Shipping fees and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable. 

Return Conditions

Your return request will be rejected if the following conditions are not met:

1. The shoes must be unused and unworn.
2. The items must be in their original condition.
3. Original packaging must be included.

Refund Process

Once the returned items are received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. In some cases, it may take an additional 10 to 20 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Alternatively, refunds may be transferred directly to your bank account upon request.

If a shipment is lost or not received after dispatch, shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws.
