Returns Policy

Our return policy states the following:

You may return the products you ordered within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (after deducting shipping fees and a product handling fee). Please note these conditions as part of our return policy.

Shipping fees and Cash-on-Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Your return request will be ignored if the items do not meet the following requirements:

The shoes must be unused.

They must be in their original condition.

They must include the original packaging.

Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue a refund of the amount paid after deducting shipping fees and the product handling fee for the entire order. This will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned items.

Your refund will be automatically issued to your credit card or the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Alternatively, the amount can be transferred to your bank account. Please note that depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 10 to 20 business days for the refund to appear.

If the shipment is not received after it has been shipped, the shipping fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.

4.4 Our right to accept or refuse returned goods as stated in section 4.4. The provisions of this section do not affect your legal rights.
